Devin is a highly-regarded talent evaluator with years of scouting experience to his name. He started his Hoops By Ugland scouting service in 2015 and his ability to identify talent has gained trust from college coaches across the country. Devin also currently serves as an assistant coach at Fullerton College. In addition to his scouting service and coaching duties, Devin has been in the media space in several different capacities, including newspapers, radio, on-camera work, podcasting and blogging. Devin also runs basketball skills camps and fall showcase events under the Hoops By Ugland umbrella.
