Hoops By Ugland Skills Summit set for August 10

COSTA MESA, Ca. — The second annual Hoops By Ugland Skills Summit will be held Saturday, August 10 at Beckman high school in Irvine, Ca.

Last year's inaugural event drew more than 90 players and we're expecting an even larger turnout for the 2019 edition. The event is open to boys basketball players in the graduating classes of 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Players will have the opportunity to train with many of the areas top skill developers and showcase their abilities in front of Division II, Division III, NAIA and Junior College coaches, as well as many of the top scouts and media members in the area like Frank Burlison (BurlisonOnBasketball.com), Joel Francisco (PrepHoops.com), Ronnie Flores (Ballislife.com), Alex Carmon (Beach City Hoops), and more. Stretching/Warm-up: 9:50 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Skills Stations: 10 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.

Lunch: 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Guest Speakers: 12:45 p.m. - 1:05 p.m.

Team Assignments: 1:05 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.

Camp Games: 1:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
